This confidential startup company redefines AI accessibility through innovative hardware and software co-development. They are building out a team of highly technical ML engineers comprised of established industry experts constructing an entirely new architecture from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using a variety of algorithms, including Reinforcement Learning and Multi-Agent Systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software and hardware engineers, to develop and integrate ML models
- Create and maintain MLOps pipelines to ensure efficient and scalable model deployment, monitoring, and iteration
- Architect custom hardware accelerators or software frameworks to optimize ML model performance
- Performance engineering work and evaluations to put models into production
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (MS or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-10+ years of relevant ML experience
- Deep understanding of MLOps including Reinforcement Learning and Multi-Agent Systems
- Software-hardware co-development is the ideal experience (SW-only expertise is also relevant)
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques
- Startup mentality
