Continuum Medical Staffing is seeking a NP that is licensed to cover autonomously for a different locum's assignment in Indiana. This assignment covers 3 clinics in different locations. Ages 2 and up. Can be split to do just one, two or all three clinics. Hours and days are different for each clinic. Santa Claus, IN Jasper, IN Salem, IN. March 24 - July 17. M - TH. 6:30a - 2:30p. Hours do vary on the clinics. Primary Care Clinic Work with the patient population to assist in chronic disease management, clinic support and ongoing education Strong desire to promote health, disease management and prevention. Clean IN license Licensed to cover autonomously 2 years or more of NP work experience. Malpractice and Accommodations provided. Mileage reimburses.
