Servicing North Milwaukee and the counties of Washington, Ozaukee, Waukesha, and Jefferson
Candidate MUST HAVE:
- 2 years PT Home Health experience with Adult/Geri patients.
- active PT license (IL) and BLS (AHA)
- Master's Degree in PT
- valid Driver's License and auto insurance Technical Skills required: candidate must be able to assist with ADL's and adaptive equipment. Able to effectively collaborate with other specialties (RN, OT, Speech, etc.). About Excel Medical Staffing
