What You'll Do:
- Oversee all Accounting & Finance functions, ensuring strong financial health and compliance.
- Report to the CFO and President, working as a strategic partner to drive business decisions.
- Lead process improvements across accounting, reporting, and financial analysis.
- Manage month-end and year-end close, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Oversee financial statement preparation, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Provide deeper insights through FP&A, supporting better decision-making and business performance evaluation.
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance leadership.
- Strong accounting foundation in public accounting (audit)
- Proven management experience - must have led and developed finance teams.
- Background in manufacturing or distribution is ideal.
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or MBA preferred.

Salary: $110,000 to $150,000
