Ideal candidate:
- 10 - 15 years’ experience managing multiple small to mid-sized projects simultaneously (15-20 projects in various stages).
- Refining, petrochemical, chemical, or LNG experience preferred
- Candidates with strong project execution backgrounds from other industries will be considered.

Technical Requirements:
Project Management Experience:
- Looking for a mid-tier project manager (Level 3 to Level 5, 10-15 years of experience).
- Must manage multiple small to mid-sized projects simultaneously (15-20 projects in various stages).
- Comfortable with fast-paced, high-demand environments.
- Must have PMT (Project Management Team) experience.
- Projects typically range from $50K to $15M in budget.
Industry Experience:
- Refining, petrochemical, chemical, or LNG experience preferred but not required.
- Candidates with strong project execution backgrounds from other industries will be considered.
Certifications & Training:
- Certified Project Manager (CPM), PMP, or formal PM training preferred.
- Electrical engineering background preferred, but mechanical, chemical, or construction management are acceptable.
Project Controls & Cost Management:
- Strong skills in budgeting, cost tracking, and scheduling.
- Familiarity with capital project execution environments.
Site Safety & Compliance:
- Must be able to obtain a TWIC card.
- Must complete safety training and third-party site-specific onboarding.
Non-Technical Requirements:
Workload & Integration:
- Must be a self-starter, able to work under pressure, and manage high workloads.
- Should integrate well with cross-functional teams (engineering, construction, operations, safety).
- Adaptability is critical due to the evolving project list.
