Position: Sr. Specialist/Analyst (Regulatory Correspondence)
Location: Mason, OH 45040- Onsite
Duration: 5 Month Contract
Must Haves:
- 2-5 years industry experience in a analyst/operations/specialist
- Experience with Claims Processing
- Microsoft Office Suite
- High attention to detail, task management skills, and adaptability to changing daily priorities
Plusses:
- FACETS experience
- Experience with the explanation of benefits
- Insurance background (examples but not limited to Anthem, CareSource, etc.)
Day to Day:
A client in the insurance industry in the Mason, OH area is looking for a Sr Specialist/Analyst for FMLA coverage to join their team for a 5-month long contract. The role will start off as 5 days onsite in Mason for the first few months, with the opportunity for a more hybrid schedule later in the contract. This individual will help with ensure that all correspondence and documentation comply with regulatory requirements and standards, help with daily audits of EOB, RA, and EOP files, assist with auditing controls, email requests, etc. In addition, the ideal consultant will help with preparing and submitting regulatory documents. This individual should demonstrate flexibility in managing their daily tasks, as they may need to adapt to changing priorities and address urgent matters that arise unexpectedly.
