Join Equipment Technician in San Jose, CA at one of the largest U.S. based suppliers of semiconductor products! This is a PERM, direct-hire opportunity with the team and will be supporting their Monday - Friday, 7am – 3:30pm shift.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience supporting machines within a large manufacturing environment
- Experience troubleshooting equipment that is managed by a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)
- Ability to pivot when needed to support current and legacy equipment referencing controls cabinet
Day to Day:
- This individual will start their day referencing pressing maintenance requests from various departments.
- Once those are completed the Technician will reference weekly priorities and supporting preventative maintenance as needed for all equipment.
- Additional tasks include reviewing and updating record parameters to ensure toolset is operating within manufacturer provided specs.
- If the toolsets are requiring additional parts this technician will also research and submit requests to acquire those pieces.
- Finally, this individual will need to be detail oriented as they will report / log activities and maintenance performed on toolsets daily.
Compensation:
$38/hr to $45/hr
