Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:

Calendar & Schedule Management: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of executives.
Document & Presentation Preparation: Draft reports, presentations, and correspondence to support executive initiatives.
Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-ups are completed.
Administrative Support: Handle expense reports, office supply orders, and other administrative tasks.
Confidential Information Handling: Manage sensitive business and personal information with discretion.
Project Assistance: Support key projects by tracking progress, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Requirements of the Executive Assistant:

Experience: 3+ years of experience in an executive support role.
Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and diplomatic approach.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Proactive and resourceful in anticipating needs, troubleshooting issues, and finding solutions.
Strong relationship-building abilities to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
Comfortable adjusting to changing priorities and handling last-minute requests efficiently.
