Staff Accountant - Manufacturing
We are hiring a Staff Accountant to join a thriving manufacturing organization in Fort Wayne, IN. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for payroll and tax accounting, reconciliations, month/year end close contributions.

Compensation
$55,500 - $70,000
Staff Accountant Duties
- Manage payroll, tax entries ensuring timely and accurate submission
- Prepare and maintain financial records by recording journal entries, reconciling accounts, ensuring accuracy in the general ledger
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals, reconciliations and financial reporting
- The Staff Accountant will assist in preparing financial statements and reports for management review
Staff Accountant Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLookup)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles, with attention to detail and accuracy
