Senior Purchasing Agent
Location: Bloomfield Hills, MI
I'm working with a leading homebuilder is Southeast Michigan looking for a Senior Purchasing Agent to join their team. With 75+ years in the industry, this family-owned company has built a reputation for quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. They've been recognized as a top national builder and have won multiple industry awards.
What You'll Do:
- Manage purchasing, estimating, and vendor relationships to keep projects running smoothly.
- Work closely with trades and construction teams using Newstar software.
- Oversee quality and cost control in the homebuilding process.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years of construction purchasing experience (homebuilding preferred).
- Strong computer skills, including purchasing/estimating software.
- Ability to build and maintain strong vendor and trade relationships.
