Position: Director of Finance (Operating Model & Org. Design)

About the Role:
As a Director of Finance (Operating Model & Org. Design), you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing key operational performance metrics in increase efficiency.
- Monitoring and analyzing data to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost effectiveness.
- Managing change processes and ensuring smooth adoption of new operational strategies.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Creating and delivering presentations to explain step-by-step recovery plan.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a consultant or financial analyst.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to perform production floor analysis and develop a detailed recovery plan and KPIs to increase efficiency.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (solid experience with BI tools is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- On-site presence is necessary for fulfilling key job responsibilities.
