Our client, in heavy growth mode, is seeking an experienced Global Finance Business Partner to join their team in the Mercer County NJ area. This hybrid role requires a professional with a strong background in the manufacturing industry to lead the global consolidated financial reporting and analysis process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage global consolidated financial reporting and analysis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with corporate guidelines.
- Extensive Business Partnering, provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic business decisions.
- Develop and maintain effective business relationships across a global corporate environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on global consolidated reporting.
- Extensive experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of strong business partnering in a global corporate environment.
- MBA preferred; CPA is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong proficiency in financial software and tools.
