Job Details/Requirements:
Board Certified - Required
Nebraska license - Highly Preferred
Case logs required at time of presentation
Please disclose any disciplinary actions taken on medical license (past or present)
Facility Location: Kearney, NE
Setting: clinic
Required Procedures: must be able to do SRS and SBRT.
EMR: EPIC, Mosaiq
Support Staff: One APP will provide coverage
Reason for Coverage: vacation coverage
Will be responsible for supervising other health care providers while working
Average number of scheduled patients per day: 20
60%adult, 40% geriatric
Treatment machine1: Varian TrueBeam (SRS-cone and MLC, SBRT, VMAT, OBI, OSMS, photon/electrons)
Treatment machine2: Varian Trilogy (VMAT, photon/electrons)
Treatment software: Eclipse treatment planning, Mosaiq record and verify, EPIC Electronic Health record
Dosimetrist and Physicist both full time in the department.
