About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to develop and implement training programs for a leading organization in the financial services industry. This role will focus on designing engaging learning solutions, collaborating with SMEs, and utilizing modern instructional design tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop training content from inception to execution.
- Create eLearning, ILT/VILT, self-paced, and virtual classroom training materials.
- Work with SMEs and project leads to ensure training meets business objectives.
- Utilize Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise) and Camtasia for course development.
- Apply ADDIE methodology for structured course design.
- Manage and upload content using Microsoft SharePoint and Office 365.
- Develop assessments to measure learning effectiveness.
Required Skills & Experience:
✅ Proficiency with Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise) and Camtasia.
✅ Strong understanding of ADDIE and other instructional design models.
✅ Experience developing training in ILT, VILT, and eLearning formats.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) & SharePoint.
✅ Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with SMEs and stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
➕ Experience with Adobe Audition, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
➕ Familiarity with NovoEd Learning Platform.
➕ Experience designing and developing assessments & test materials.
