The Float Pool provides an opportunity for nurses to gain exposure to a broader scope of patient care while working throughout our highly specialized inpatient environment, including critical care. Key Qualifications: BSN or actively matriculating in a BSN Program Current New York State RN License/Registration A minimum of 1.5 years of Clinical RN experience in an acute care setting required BCLS and ACLS Certification Oncology experience preferred Core Skills: Committed and eager to embrace new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm. Capable of building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions. Actively seeking new ways to grow and be challenged, using both formal and informal development Approachable and comfortable with diverse groups of people and able to make others comfortable with you. Additional Information: Location: 1275 York Avenue, NY, NY 10065 Schedule: Full-time 12 hour shifts 7PM-7:30AM with weekend and holiday rotation Pay Range: $121,300.00 - $145,450.00.
