Physical Therapist needed for a busy Skilled Rehab Facility with both inpatients and outpatients.
The Physical Therapist would evaluate and treat patients, in accordance with the orders from the physician, through the use of therapeutic procedures and assistive devices intended to maximize functional potential in all areas of a patient's life. The Physical Therapist will work as a member of a team providing support and information within the area of Physical Therapy. The PT will provide therapy services in locations including, but not limited to, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health Care.
*QUALIFICATIONS:*
Bachelor of Science or advanced degree in Physical Therapy
Current state license/certification
Prefer minimum one (1) year experience in rehabilitation
Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to provide therapy services in locations including, but not limited to, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health Care
Demonstrate competency in applying the principles, methods, materials and equipment used in specific therapy discipline
Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40.00 - $51.10 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
