Job Overview: The Administrator is responsible for overseeing the direction and day-to-day operations of Pinnacle Home Care. They will establish, implement, and evaluate goals and objectives for home health services, ensuring they meet the standards of quality and align with the organization's philosophy.

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:
- Organize and direct the Agency's ongoing liaison among the Governing Body and staff.
- Employ qualified personnel and ensure adequate staff education and evaluations.
- Assist the Director of Clinical Services in managing clinical teams and planning.
- Ensure the accuracy of public information materials and activities.
- Interpret operational indicators to detect census changes adjusting staff levels, revenues, or expenses accordingly.
- Evaluate the performance of the Director of Clinical Services.
- Implement an effective budgeting system and ensure billing accuracy.
- Consistently follow and uniformly enforce Agency policies and procedures to set an example for employees.
- Lead the team by exemplifying Pinnacle Home Care's Mission, Vision, and Values, and drive operations aligned with the Sacred Seven principles.
- Assess employees regularly to ascertain their understanding and compliance with policies and procedures.
- Use statistical data to determine the quality and quantity of services provided.
- Supervise all business affairs and day-to-day operations.
- Plan and implement Inservice and continuing education programs to meet the organization's personnel needs.
- Engage in fiscal planning, budgeting, and management.
- Promote the use of patient portal, physician portal, and Synzi for improved communication and patient care.
- Advocate for Telehealth visits to support appropriate visit utilization.
- Assist with the evaluation of organizational performance through the performance improvement program, productivity, quarterly, and annual reviews.
- Ensure the quality and safe delivery of home health services provided through the Organization.
- Contribute to the development of organization goals.
- Develop, recommend, and administer Organization policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding licensure and certification of organization personnel and maintain compliance with ACHC Home Care standards.
- Stay informed about changes in home health and share relevant information with appropriate organization personnel.
- Promote home health referrals in the healthcare community and collaborate with business development teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President of Field Operations
Required Position Qualifications:
- Home Health Care background required.
- Registered nurse with current licensure to practice professional nursing in the state of Florida
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional administrative personnel.
- Ability to market and deal tactfully with customers and the community alike.
- Ability to handle high levels of stress in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent observation, organization, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Computers, Microsoft (MS) Suite, EMR, technology and Kantime preferred.
- Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations, and ACHC standards.
