This position is full-time (40 hours / week), Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work weekends (possibility of events). Our office is located at 2063 Town East, Dallas / Fort Worth, TX.

Primary Responsibilities: - Manage overall delivery of benefits and services by providing support and guidance to existing and potential customers to ensure continued membership
- Provide expertise and customer service support to members, customers, and / or providers
- Identify and resolves operational problems using defined processes, expertise, and judgment
- Investigate claim and / or customer service issues as identified and communicate resolution to customers
- Review Adherence opportunities daily and assist with rebuttals as appropriate
- Document and track all inventory accurately within the tracking database
- Lead and oversee projects, initiates follow up and status checks, maintains efficiency, and provides good communication
- Coach and mentor, share best practices; train as needed, Lead process improvement special projects, document new processes and / or project summaries
- Working independently at community events

Required Qualifications: - High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of Community Outreach Events experience
- 2+ years of client account management experience
- 1+ years of claims processing experience
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% of the time (Domestic) within the Dallas OR Fort Worth Metroplex, TX
- Experience with Microsoft Word (create, edit, format documents) and Microsoft Excel (create, edit, sort / filter spreadsheets, and pivot tables)
- Ability to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM from Monday - Friday including the flexibility to work weekends based on business need
- Must be 18 years of age OR older
Preferred Qualifications: - UNET, COSMOS, FACETS, OR NICE claims platforms experience
- Microsoft PowerPoint (create, edit, format presentations)
- Project management experience
Telecommuting Requirements: - Reside within the Dallas OR Fort Worth Metroplex, TX
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
- Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
