- Start Date: As soon as credentialed.
- Contract Length: Ongoing
- Shift Details: M TH; 10 hour days (8 hours for patient visits, 2 hours for admin/documentation)
- Amount of coverage needed per month: Full-time
- Patients per day: 16 PPD
- Call Schedule: 1:5 weeknights and weekends
- Patient population/age: Adults/Geriatrics
- EMR: Epic
- Requirements: BC, Active CA License
- Credentialing time frame: 4-6 weeks
- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
