Blackwatchi International, a joint effort with ADVETCO LLC, is searching for an experienced Technician to support our Semiconductor
Manufacturing Facility client in maintaining manufacturing support equipment. This position
will perform a range of duties and responsibilities, such as maintaining and repairing equipment
within the facility. Join our team in Sacramento, California, at McLellan Park.
Responsibilities:
• Perform Chemical and gas changes upon request and handle hazardous waste materials.
• Perform Quals on tools to ensure they run optimally and with specifications.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Perform preventative maintenance procedures on tools and assist engineers with
maintenance tasks when needed.
• Reporting and documentation
• Assist engineers with equipment or facility preventative maintenance (PM) or repairs.
• Perform daily facility walkthroughs to monitor and record chemical and gas readings,
weights, and temperatures.
• Safely perform chemical fills and drains.
• Assist with equipment/tool calibration scheduling and calibration documentation
tracking.
• Properly and safely handle, label, store, transfer, and shipment preparation of hazardous
chemicals, material, and waste according to regulatory requirements.
• Well-rounded maintenance knowledge of electrical and mechanical skills.
• Perform routine safety inspections and other routine support duties as assigned.
• Track work using software applications to ensure standards are met and recorded
properly.
Qualifications;
• Preferred 2 years of experience with cleanroom operation and semiconductor/ wafer fab
manufacturing facility with equipment such as metrology, lasers, diffusions, wet etch,
metals/thin film deposition, photolithography, and dry etch.
• Experience handling and mixing chemicals according to procedures or formulas and
willingness to work with chemicals and gases, including solvents and acids.
• Ability to pass pulmonary function test and physical exam for respirator use.
• Ability to lift heavy objects over 50 lbs., maneuver/ move 30 to 55-gallon drums,
frequently walk, stand for extended periods of time, and perform other similar physical
actions.
• Willingness to work in cleanroom, laboratory, heat and cold environments.
• Willingness to work in moderate to loud noise levels and confined spaces.
• Basic computer skills with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Effectively present information to a small group, clients, and other employees.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Experience using hand an electrical tool.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills, Education and Certifications:
• 2 Year Technical/Associate Degree in Science, Math, Engineering, or related
discipline or equivalent military training/work experience.
• Prior Supervisory Experience

Compensation details: 23.32-31.68 Hourly Wage
