Job Summary:
The Collision Center Client Advisor / Estimator is responsible for working with our clients to manage vehicles through the repair process, assessing damages on intake, working with our shop to create quotes and supplemental estimates on vehicles needing repair work.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Examines damaged vehicles; assists clients with the repair process;
- Updates clients throughout the duration of the repair;
- Helps prepare estimates for repair work needed;
- Prepares documentation to submit to insurance claims;
- Inspects final repairs prior to delivery;
- Performs other related duties consistent with the role; this does not preclude management from assigning additional, though unrelated, duties.
- Valid Driving License;
- Acceptable Driving Record;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
