Responsibilities:The Primary Care Physician will be responsible for
- Managing a patient panel of Adults with a broad array of patient needs
- Conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visit
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:- Licensed to practice medicine the State of New York
- Board Eligible / Certified Internal Medicine
