Job Overview We are currently looking for a Customer Relationship Management Developer to join our team in Holland, MI.
As a Customer Relationship Management Developer, you will:
Develops and executes installation, maintenance, and modification of Haworth's global web-based customer relationship (Customer Relationship Management CRM ) system, business application programs, or integrated programs, taking on several components of projects or complex components of one program, to create competitive advantage for Haworth's sales members, dealer network, and customers. Maintains broad knowledge of state-of-the-art technology, software, and/or systems relative to high-performance computing. Works beyond the routine nature of tasks, utilizing specialist knowledge and technology, troubleshooting basic problems, and recommending appropriate action.
Some of the responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Develops and/or customizes, implements, installs, tests, and troubleshoots complex application software to ensure exceptional execution.
- Develops business strategy and marketing content of CRM, impacting Haworth's sales teams, marketplace (customer influencers), dealers, and suppliers to increase value of information, tool functionality, and reporting for end users. Effectively deploys same, using appropriate electronic tools, through effective project work/management.
- Records, tracks, and documents resolution of user problems via problem-reporting database software to create seamless customer experience for users.
- Evaluates and interprets end-user information requirements to develop appropriate system and/or application solutions to meet customer needs.
- Collaborates with cross-functional groups and external vendors to understand capabilities of current and/or potential system applications to make CRM and sales processes integrated, easy to use, efficient, and effective.
- Develops technical documentation for training, software/hardware use, user procedures, and as-required project deliverables to support easy learning for users.
- Takes ownership of and responsibility for educating and training end users to facilitate user knowledge and understanding of benefits and capabilities of CRM tools, sales processes, and other selling-related resources.
- Understands and stays current on technology, system enhancements, and alternative and ancillary system applications to ensure electronic tools are optimal for primary users and consistent with Information Services (IS) policy and Sales and Marketing technology strategy.
- Participates in analysis of user project proposals; identifies potential problem areas and recommends optimum approaches for project path, utilizing specific area of scientific/technical expertise to generate functional and technical designs for problem solutions.
Do you have these required qualifications? - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering or similar.
- Three years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining software.
- Three years CRM experience related to duties and responsibilities preferred.
- Excellent communication skills required.
- Ability to travel overnight away from corporate offices, including internationally, up to 20 percent of time.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Ability to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance.
Do you have these preferred qualifications? - Microsoft Dynamics CRM development preferred.
- Experience with any combination of the following: JavaScript, Power BI, D365 SDK/.NET development, MS Office Groups, Azure Machine Learning, Microsoft Flow, Power Automate, Kingswaysoft, Logic Apps, enterprise ETL and 3rd Party / ISV product experience preferred.
