Clinical program development of a shared home hospice and inpatient program Join a committed leadership team to educate the multidisciplinary team throughout the organization and promote hospice benefits to the community Practice includes clinical and administrative leadership of the Hospice program Home hospice, residential hospice, cottages, and a 20-bed adult/ped inpatient hospice house Disease management and pain and symptom management of all levels of hospice patient care Experience in care of terminally ill patients and program development desired Willing to lead and grow practice with an emphasis on high reliability and team based care Flexible work schedule, plus call coverage COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION PACKAGE INCLUDES: - Compensation floor of $250,000 for the first four years of employment contract $100,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years (subject to contractual agreement).
