Job Title: Night Shift PCU Registered Nurse
Job Description:
We're seeking a dedicated PCU Registered Nurse for our night shift team. This role is pivotal in delivering intermediate medical care to patients, emphasizing high•quality healthcare services.
Shift Details:
• 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
Contract Details:
• 13•week contract starting from 6/24/2024.
• 36 hours per week, 12•hour variable shifts.
• Float to all inpatient units as needed.
• Work every other weekend and holidays.
Qualifications:
• Valid WI RN License, BLS, and ACLS.
• 2 years of experience in Stepdown/ Intermediate/PCU, ICU experience preferred.
• Experience with ventilators and tracheostomy.
• Prior travel experience.
• Proficiency in EPIC charting preferred.
Job Duties:
• Care for a variety of cases including stable, weaning Vents/Trach, sepsis, trauma alcohol detox, and more.
• Maintain a patient ratio of 4:1.
• Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in a fast•paced unit.
Additional Information:
• Any scrub color acceptable.
• Guaranteed hours not applicable during orientation week and holidays.
