About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our outpatient team on a part time basis. As a CRNA, you will be responsible for administering anesthesia to patients undergoing procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the process. You will work closely with our medical professionals to develop and implement anesthesia care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs. Your attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and ability to work well under pressure will be essential to your success in this role.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Graduate degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia educational program
- Current state licensure as a CRNA
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a hospital or surgical center setting
- Additional certifications in specialized areas of anesthesia
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Responsibilities:
- Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing ECT procedures
- Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed
- Collaborate with our medical team to develop and implement anesthesia care plans
- Ensure patients' safety and comfort throughout the surgical process
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of anesthesia administration and patient care
