Shift: Days / 8a-5p, 8x5, 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri, Weekend as needed, No On-call
Length: 13 weeks

- OK License
- 1 year of experience
- Masters in OT
- BCLS

Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).
