Job Description & Responsibilities :
- Provides exceptional service within a Legal office/environment by greeting/assisting all visitors and answering and handling incoming calls for the customer/business.
- Performs administrative duties as necessary.
- Maintains utmost professionalism and willingness to assist the Legal customers to include but not limited to law partners, paralegals and legal administrative assistants with value added services.
- Meets and greets all visitors and employees to the firm, providing them a professional welcome, going above and beyond in their service approach.
- Answering inbound calls via Office Receptionist Desk.
- Greet and direct office visitors, schedule and set up conference room meetings, update daily activities via spreadsheets, route calls as instructed.
- Walking throughout the office periodically and no lifting beyond 50#.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and excellent communication both verbally and in writing.
- Customer service in a professional office space.
Skills & Qualifications :- Resume must reflect working experience of legal Reception in last 3 years.
- Seeking a career oriented person who wants to grow and has computer skills coupled with customer service skills.
- Must be professional and ability to communicate via email, verbal and in writing in a professional manner at all times.
- Dress code is Business professional
- Parking is not free
- Must be vaccinated by customer request.
