Imagine a school with every support students and teachers need for sustainable and joyful work. Every student has full access to a counselor and mental healthcare. Nurses, support staff, teachers, and leaders work in concert. Every student learns about themselves and others. Families are assets and partners. Academic excellence is the norm. Every student enters meaningful post-secondary education.
For Special Educators, the school, its leaders and staff see you as the expert and specialist you are. Leaders prioritize specialized professional learning opportunities and give you the release time to think, grow, and flourish.
Where is this unicorn school? We've found it, so you don't have to. As former teachers, we are committed to carefully identifying school partners who share our vision and have a track record of supporting special education teachers better than anyone else. You are invaluable, and you deserve the very best job match (we like to think of it as a mission match).
