Our IT team is focused on providing our partnerships and management teams with timely, quality technology support that meets their management and clinical needs and is reliable, helpful, and easily accessible. We are currently seeking a highly talented and energetic leader to join our team as the Manager of Organizational Change Management (OCM). The OCM Manager is responsible supporting the people side of change, specifically managing all technology related change activities undertaken by the technology teams. This position will partner with our support staff to define our end-user change management strategy for our most important initiatives, participate in critical projects, build change networks, and ensure our customers are fully prepared to take advantage of the significant technology enhancements being delivered to SCA Health.
Management responsibilities include managing a team of one to three direct reports in the areas of organizational change management.
ResponsibilitiesAccountabilities/Responsibilities:
- Leading all change management efforts (planning and execution) for new and existing large scale technology projects, including applications and infrastructure changes.
- Supporting executive leadership in all levels of employee messaging and engagement specific to managing technology change throughout SCA.
- Leadership of change impact (and related communications) functions within the Information Technology department for operational initiatives.
- Developing communications plans, including tools, strategies, and communications development, to support our most important change initiatives.
- Developing and maintaining awareness amongst our technology teams of the importance and effectiveness of the technology change management practice.
- Working with project leadership team to identify and implement employee engagement strategies like Change Networks & Super-User Groups.
Individual & Team Responsibilities:
- Change Management responsibilities include:
- Applies a structured change management approach and methodology for the people side on all projects and change efforts
- Lead key phases within projects, including stakeholder assessment/analysis, change impact assessment, change readiness, change management plans, and adoption/ reinforcement planning
- Advising client on strategy to support adoption of changes for projects
- Participating in various IT initiative meetings to understand, think through OCM needs, and observe interactions which might be indicators of needs, to develop the best OCM plan for that initiative and impacted teams
- Training responsibilities may include:
- Working with stakeholders to identify and fully understand all SCA Health applications, technologies and IT competencies that require structured training
- Proposing short and long-term training solutions to help staff achieve and maintain high levels of expertise and performance
- Communications responsibilities include:
- Supporting and executing communication tasks for IT-related initiatives and programs
- Supporting the communications needs associated with operational tasks of the department
- Provide writing and editing support for internal communications, newsletters, presentations, help guides, training material, FAQs, video scripts, and web content.
- Working with internal IT stakeholders and subject matter experts to distill technical information into simple, concise, everyday language for internal audiences.
QualificationsQualifications:
- 8+ years of successful organizational change management experience
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent editing and communication coaching skills
- Experience with technology collaboration products, preferable Office365 and SharePoint, a plus

- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills
- Able to clearly explain technical issues in a way that nontechnical people can understand

- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, including staff, business stakeholders, and all levels of management, up to and including the CEO
- Prosci Certification (Preferred) is a plus
