Compensation model:
- They pay a guaranteed base salary for the first 1-2 years + wRVU bonus
- Substantial sign-on bonus
- They also offer a monthly training stipend
- Pay to supervise 1-2 APPs + quarterly quality bonus + CME allowance + relocation
- They will pay malpractice + Texas license + DEA + board certification exam fees
