Job SummaryThe Food Service Worker I will assist with meal assembly and delivery of meals and food products for hospital patients and visitors. Prepares food tray for patient delivery. Communicates patient concerns with the, managers, and clinical diet i.e. educations needs and inadequate consumption, etc.
Core Job Responsibilities• Completes all assigned tasks on, duty list checklist, on a daily basis
• Reports any and uncompleted tasks to supervisor in a timely fashion, as necessary
• Follows floor stock sheet and par levels, reports discrepancies to supervisor
• Ensures all food and or supplies are ready for service at established times
• Maintains cleanliness of unit coolers, following cleaning schedules
• Any additional tasks delegated from the manager, supervisor, and team leaders as needed.
• Perform other duties as required.
Education/Experience RequirementsPreferred: Some related experience in healthcare
