Job Summary
The Key Accounts Manager is responsible for national marketing efforts via prospecting, negotiating and closing agreements/contracts, program implementation, reporting and strategic account management. The Key Accounts Manager will work with insurance claims executives and franchise owners to build, grow and maintain long-term, profitable relationships within the property and casualty insurance industry.
You will
- Grow total gross revenues by monitoring progress, achieving objectives, and improving execution of national sales programs.
- Measure and report successes and challenges.
- Negotiate and execute quality contracts and/or bulletins that provide adequate ROI over life of agreement.
- Ensure quality processes are completed effectively and timely.
- Communicate the required technology needs of our clients (i.e. reporting requirements and security protocol).
- Grow Customer Care Center job referrals.
- Additional regional marketing responsibilities.
- Communicate opportunities to franchise community to leverage on a local level.
- Assist in building local and regional relationships for National Accounts Managers.
- Vendor management.
- Validate performance of franchise community in accordance of client expectations.
- Serve as liaison to SERVPRO stakeholders to ensure actions plans are in place to meet performance.
- Ensure timely and sustainable corrective actions are in place for clients.
- Serve as a liaison for relationship development at all company levels with focus on providing solutions to our franchise community.
- Annual national convention support.
- Additional national accounts responsibilities as assigned.
You have
- 5+ years seasoned relationship-based sales/marketing experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Experience in sales planning, budgeting, and development of sales bonus plans.
- Experience in the development and use of automated information report tools.
- Claims management and/or property insurance experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to travel 50%+.
