Opportunity
The Sr Marketing Manager, Global Automation & CRM be a member of the Global Digital Marketing team who designs marketing automation strategies and recommends campaigns that are powered by data and leverages real-time insights, to create a personalized customer experience. You will be an expert on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, driving the strategy behind the global campaigns that track customer engagement at all digital touchpoints and tailor communication to support them.
Specific Responsibilities
- Establish the foundation, design the process, and build the strategy around marketing automation & customer data.
- Define a 2-3-year roadmap for marketing automation, customer data & loyalty marketing strategy.
- Focused on the engagement and lead generation elements of campaigns, this role will understand business priorities & build recommendations for global marketing campaign strategy & tactical support, connecting to the other digital marketing tactics for one connected customer experience.
- Driving monetization through management of automation programs, lead with best practices on how to use data to optimize marketing strategy & tactics.
- Evaluate and provide guidance for best practices around automation strategy opportunities across global DTC deployment and global digital platforms.
- Lead collaborations to determine automation customer experience needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with key regions, business units, digital product & IT teams on the customer data strategy & enhancements
- Interpret and visualize Salesforce marketing campaign data to support key decision making.
- Develop customer data segmentation and customer data lead generation strategy and deploying a best practice for regional business units. Customer data segmentation to be used for different target audiences across different businesses or campaigns and lead generation to capture new customers.
- Work directly with key cross functional stakeholders to set and manage expectations for global marketing automation campaign strategy, while planning for paths of continuous improvements.
- Review customer behavior to determine areas of improvement for campaigns and customer journey experiences.
Skills/Requirements
- Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Digital Marketing or related field required
- 3+ years' experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud required
- Demonstrated 3+ years of experience leveraging automation to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
- Demonstrated 3+ years of experience at weaving automation across multiple digital platforms and global deployments.
- 5+ years of professional marketing experience preferred
- Demonstrated strong creative and strategic problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate the value of automation and data to any audience and influence key stakeholders.
- Skillful at cross-team collaborations to drive results.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Experience with customer data segmentation
- Experience with marketing automation and customer data analytics and reporting. Ability to measure, monitor & report on marketing & customer data success metrics.
The salary range for this position is $122,750 - $156,850. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
