We are seeking an experienced Environmental Manager to implement policies and lead initiatives pertaining to the environmental department for our Northern Region.
This position is based in Becker, MN and will include travel to our sites regularly.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
Inspects the facility to identify environmental compliance. Drafts inspection reports to document inspection findings.
Develops and implements inspection policies and procedures, and a schedule of routine inspections.
Prepares and schedules training to cover emergency procedures, workplace safety, and other relevant
topics.
Maintains records of discharge of or employee exposure to hazardous waste and/or pollutants.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Extensive knowledge of environmental regulations and policies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in technology, equipment, Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Environmental or related field
Five years of related experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Physically able to conduct inspections and carry equipment used for inspections.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
