Rose Paving is a National Parking Lot Maintenance company, specializing in servicing all types of repairs and maintenance to asphalt and concrete parking lots, nationwide. We are a rapidly growing company headquartered in Bridgeview, IL with offices in Streamwood, IL, Denver, CO, Atlanta, GA, Santa Fe Springs, CA, Tampa, FL, Phoenix, AZ, Nashville, TN, Houston, TX, Indianapolis, IN and multiple office locations in the Mid-Atlantic Region.
We are actively seeking an Account Manager, who can help support our National customers. These include several big box retail companies, industrial and logistics property owners as well as Car Dealerships, grocers, etc. The role is designed to assist 1 or 2 Account Executives on our National team. This includes daily deliverables to customers, working with our operations/procurement teams and striving to provide a top-notch customer experience for our clients.
We provide a generous compensation package for an introductory position (commensurate with experience) with full benefits, 401k and a hybrid work from home schedule option (upon training completion).
Job Summary
The design of this role is to enter into the business, learn our systems, customers and procedures and work to continually improve the value we bring to our customer base. Some experience is preferred, but our company has a strong history of developing talent from within and we would be looking to continue that effort with this hire.
Along with daily communications to our customers, operations and procurement team members, this position involves:
- Scope of work development: walking sites to measure and call out needed repairs and maintenance items that can/should be performed.
- Occasional Travel to help with scope creation, client relations or project management
- Every day communication with customers regarding scheduling inquiries, project coordination, proposal items, pricing, repair/maintenance recommendations, etc.
- Punctual response times to both external customers and colleagues.
- With a high level of accuracy, input and manage data that is processed through our current system (Microsoft Dynamics).
- Consistently provide a positive, problem-solving attitude. Our culture is built on people who are always looking for a solution or a better way to execute.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of sales/account management experience or recent college grad
- Demonstrate attention to detail.
