Dentist Opportunity in Ormond Beach, FL

Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive pay range of 28% to 30%+ of productions, based on experience
- Expected annual income of $250,000 to $275,000+
- Employer contributes more than 50% towards health insurance

- 2 weeks of paid time off in the first year (This is not paid)
- 8 holidays off
Responsibilities:
- Work a 4-day week (Monday to Thursday)
- Busy state-of-the-art office with 50 new patients monthly (3 Dentists and 3 Hygienists)
- Collaborate with colleagues in a team-oriented environment
- Conduct meetings with patients to discuss and treat dental concerns, perform regular cleanings, and establish treatment plans for better dental hygiene
- Perform various dental procedures including extractions, root canals, implants, endodontics, and filling cavities
Requirements:
- Clear and active Dentist license in the State of Florida
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Compassionate approach to patient care
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of dental procedures, tools, and diagnostics
