JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at a prestigious luxury hotel. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership qualities, possess a thorough understanding of the luxury hospitality industry, and have a proven track record of delivering outstanding food and beverage services. As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel's food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service, banquets, and catering operations.
- Monitor and maintain exceptional levels of service, cleanliness, and hygiene throughout the department.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to ensure smooth operations and adherence to quality standards.
- Anticipate and exceed guest expectations by delivering personalized and memorable dining experiences.
- Respond to guest feedback and complaints promptly and effectively, taking appropriate corrective actions when necessary.
- Continuously evaluate and improve service standards to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of high-performing food and beverage professionals.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations to ensure a motivated and skilled workforce.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality trends, dining etiquette, and international cuisine.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under pressure.
- Proficiency in using hospitality software and computer systems.
