Job Summary
We are looking for talented and competitive sales-driven individuals that thrive in a fast paced sales environment. An inside sales specialist will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making outbound calls and working with our Directors of Sales and Acquisitions, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets
- Research accounts, identify decision makers and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and e-mails
- Develop and maintain current market business plan
- Develop and assist with market research and marketing implementation programs
- Ability to attend Regional and National Medical conventions and trade shows
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong phone presence and experience dialing numerous calls per day
Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret and communicate data
Ability to handle competing demands and multi-tasking required
Positive can-do attitude, self-motivating and results-oriented, and proficient in MS Office
Experience and Education
- 2+ years of call center/inside sale experience – desired
- Experience working with sales CRM – desired
- High School diploma or equivalent required
