Expected salary range of $148,500 to $165,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Provide management of the engineering function of accountability and act as backup to Sr Engineering Manager
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provide management of the engineering function with respect to station needs and regulatory requirements
- 2 Manage the performance and development of assigned engineering personnel relative to site and corporate objectives and provide focus on the attainment of high-quality engineering results 30
- Directly and through subordinates, fulfill engineering and technical leadership accountability regarding short-term and long-term programs that impact site operations and reliability
- Participate in Business Planning, Budget, and Business Performance review regarding assigned staff
- Participate as senior resource to fleet-wide programs and initiatives regarding standardized and enhanced engineering systems and processes
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- BS Degree in Engineering or Licensed Professional Engineer
- 8-10+ years Engineering experience with 5+ years Power Plant, Industrial or Manufacturing experience
- Successful completion of FLS Selection Testing
- Power Generation Experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Power Generation Experience
- Professional Engineering Registration
- Advanced technical degree, MBA
