CRNA Locums Job in Wisconsin Details/Requirements: Ideal start date is August, but they are flexible for a later start date Board Certification and Wisconsin license required (will review candidates with multistate RN license) Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm. 6:30am start if block needed Cases include cardiac (not required but a plus) neuro, general surgery, plastic, pulmonary, ortho, spine, gyn, uro, OB, cath lab, IR, EP, and GI Call not required, but available, solo night and beeper call. Weeknight call 4pm-7am, weekend call 8am-8am CRNAs supervised by charge Anesthesiologist Will be credentialed at 3 sites: Hospital (8-11 ORs), ASC, and outpatient GI clinic (2 procedure rooms). Must be comfortable at all sites.
