About the Job
We have an exciting new opening for a Psychiatric Services Team Manager at our Central Clinic in Medford, Oregon. The Psychiatric Services Team Manager will provide day-to-day administrative support for Psychiatric Services staff who provide direct support services related to the development, implementation and outcome of services. They will supervise, train, and evaluate staff, provide/coordinate re-training and evaluate performance and make recommendations to the Outpatient Services Program Director. The Psychiatric Services Team Manager will work with multiple agencies to manage client referrals and will act as the main point of contact for client and external partner feedback.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (Full Time, Day)
What You’ll Make
$6,066.67 - $7,050 per month DOE/Credentials.
Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired).
About the Program
Our Outpatient Program provides assessment and evaluation, treatment plan development, and provides clinically indicated outpatient therapy, case management, skills training, and psychiatric (medication) services. The Psychiatric Services Team operates as a branch within the Outpatient Program, specializing in psychiatric, nursing, and medication services. Psychiatric services are provided both on-site and remotely through telemedicine.
ColumbiaCare Services is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program.
What You’ll Need
- MUST possess a current License in Practical Nursing issued by the Oregon State Board of Nursing.
- Experience providing acute psychiatric care or in an outpatient community health setting, with clients experiencing mental illness.
- Experience working with houseless and/or underserved populations is preferred.
- Supervisor experience also highly preferred.
Successful applicants MUST have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to frequently sit, talk, listen, and use hands and fingers. It may require the ability to occasionally walk, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, squat/kneel, and perform other physical tasks as applicable; as well as lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 pounds. Reasonable accommodations can be made.
