Description:
- (Has to be a minimum of 4-5 liners): We are looking for CRNAs to join our Anesthesia Team with expertise in leadership, clinical excellence,and the ability to energize others and value community both in and out of work.
- Provides anesthetic care of the patients, exclusively under the direct supervision and guidance of a pediatric anesthesiologist.
Responsibilities:
- Call Required: CRNA takes 2 nd call and backs up emergency cases, monitoring OB, etc.; 1-week day/week and 1 weekend/month
- Practice Staffing Model: Increased census, restructuring under new Chief; currently 4 MDs and looking to maintain 4 MDs (including Chief) and being proactive with some upcoming retirements; 4 CRNAs and would like to increase to 7 CRNAs; some supervision of CRNA s
- Types of Procedures/Cases: Approximate volume of 900 annual inpatient OR cases and 5,000 annual outpatient cases (including endoscopy); approximately 450 births per year; max of 7 anesthesia sites at any given time (4 OR/3 endo suites); bread and butter cases including the following specialties: Bariatrics, non-invasive Cardiology, ENT including healthy pediatrics, General Surgery, GI, Orthopedics, Urology, and OBGYN.

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00a-3:30p
