Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) • Home Health
We're seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our Home Health team in Beaverton, OR.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver skilled nursing care to home•based patients
• Visit up to 6 patients daily, using EPIC Remote Client and Rover for charting
Shift Details:
• Day shift, 5 days a week, 8 hours per day
Requirements:
• 1 year of home health experience
• BCLS certification
• Personal transportation
• Open to candidates with pending licenses
Additional Information:
• No on•call or floating requirements
• Business casual attire, scrubs optional
• Free parking and mileage reimbursement
Note: Occasional travel within a 60•mile radius may be required.
