They will take first time travelers but needs to have solid nursing experience Shifts & Scheduling- Shifts are 7-7:30, Manager works well with the travelers to accommodate any scheduling issues. Weekend Requirement- 3 individual weekend shifts are required a month Floating RequirementTravelers are the first to float and will only float to units in their skill set. Scrub Color/Dress code- Navy Blue Unit/Department specific orientation4 hours of Cerner orientation and then the rest of the day with the clinical educator. Then 1-2 shifts of floor specific orientation Additional Notes- Very traveler friendly hospitals and unit. They embrace their travelers and treat them like family.
