We are Hiring, a School-Based Clinician to join The Family Center team, working within the students’ school setting at our District 60 in Pueblo County. Do you want to get paid year round and have your summers off!
What You’d Be Doing
As a School-Based Clinician with our Family Center, you would be a vital member of a team that works within the students’ familiar school environments to promote healthy youth. Your collaborative work with school staff and other community resources would further enhance the overall wellbeing of the students, their families, and our community both now and in the future.
As a School-Based Clinician with The Family Center, you would be a vital member of a team that works within the students’ familiar school environments to promote youth mental health. • Facilitates quality individual, family and group therapies among clients ranging in ages from 4 to 18 in various school settings;
• Works within schools to help provide observations and/or attend school meetings of clients (i.e., 504's, RTI's, IEP's);
• Conducts intake assessments, employing professional interpretation and clinical analysis to develop effective treatment plans;
• Provides individual, family, and group therapy at the Family Center as needed;
• Conducts case management in collaboration with resources in the community;
• Provides crisis intervention/crisis response at schools as needed to support students/school staff;
• Provides consultation and education services to teachers, counselors and/or administrators as needed/requested;
• Conducts case management in collaboration with resources in the community;
• Conducts individual, family and group, sessions at two to three embedded schools per week;
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date records with 100 percent compliance with Health Solutions’ standards;
• Maintains 100 percent productivity for billable services;
• Maintains 100 percent of expectations for timely documentation for all services/outreaches conducted;
• Maintains proficiency with the electronic health record; and
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned by the Program Director.

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For—The Must-Haves
- Graduate degree from an accredited college or university in social work, psychology, or a closely related field
- Demonstrated computer proficiency and experience with electronic health records
- Colorado driver’s license and access to transportation during work hours
What We’d Like to See in You—The Nice-to-Haves
- Colorado professional license (i.e., LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or license eligibleAt least one year of mental healthcare experience treating children/adolescents
- Spanish language skills
