The Quality Engineer will be responsible for supporting manufacturing operations and implementing quality improvements. This position will lead efforts in meeting quality requirements, while adhering to customer expectations and providing guidance for supplier quality management. This role is also responsible for supporting and maintaining the site Quality Management System to maintain ISO9001:2015, AS9100D and AS13100 standards.

Requirements:
· B.S. in Engineering/Technical field or 5 + years experience in manufacturing or quality.
· Background in Aviation and Defense in a machining manufacturing environment is a plus.
· Proven experience with AS9100, ISO 9001, ISO 2015 standards.
· Proficient in conducting internal process audits.
· Strong working knowledge of FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA, and problem-solving tools.
· Working knowledge of ASME Y14.5-2009 GD&T standard.
· Experience in developing manufacturing process inspection plans
· Ability to effectively communicate with all levels within company and customer locations.
· Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
· Proficient in using various software and technology platforms related to quality control and manufacturing.
· Must be able to work independently with minimal oversight.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
