Administrative Coordinator
The Opportunity
Lesley University seeks a part-time Administrative Coordinator to join the Information Technology and Resources team. The Administrative Coordinator focuses on coordinating scheduling for Operations and Information Technology leadership and teams, manages responses to the University feedback inbox and inquiries to the University bookstore inbox, and supports the "Made @ Lesley" student art store initiative. Additionally, the role involves providing customer support in the Support Hub, and addressing inquiries from Registrar's Office, Student Accounts, and Financial Aid.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and proficiency in office software. This part-time hybrid position offers flexibility while ensuring seamless support across university operations.
Qualities and Capabilities
The successful candidate will have:
Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
Prior experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a university or academic setting.
Proficiency in productivity software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent.
Familiarity with ticketing systems for managing work and communications.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
