Job Title: Install Secretary/Customer Experience Coordinator
Location: Colfax, WA
Pay: $17 - $19 hourly
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM - 4:30 PM

Install Secretary/Customer Experience Coordinator Position Summary:
The Install Secretary/Customer Experience Coordinator's role is to dispatch Salesmen, Installers, and Duct Vac personnel to customer locations daily. They are also responsible for answering incoming calls from customers. The ideal candidate will be customer service-oriented with strong communication, routing, and organizational skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer phone calls.
- Dispatch Salesmen, Install crews, and Duct Vac Technicians to customer locations.
- Prepare install packets, pull permits, and schedule installations and duct cleaning appointments.
- Make follow-up calls to customers to ensure they are happy with the job performed.
- Review work orders to ensure they are being billed correctly and if any areas need improvement for efficiency.
- Run reports and help ensure all work is completed in a timely manner to avoid customer issues/concerns and avoid return visits.
- Register equipment and labor warranties.
