Dermatology Physician Assistant needed due to growth and retiring provider in practice. Well-established private Multi-Specialty Group; employed with salary, shifting into productivity with shareholder status. Must have 1+ years of Dermatology provider experience.
Job Function:
- Dermatology PA - must have 1+ years of general Derm PA exp.
- Need is due to growth - group sees about 50 new potential patients a week.
- Incoming to work out of Princeton or Plainsboro
- M-F mostly but if someone wants to do 4-10s they can.
- Call is 1:3
- Great payor mix - mostly commercial or insured by university and local private schools
- Value based medicine and there are potential quality bonuses
